Club Hours

Monday - Friday: 3 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday: Members must sign-up in advance to attend programs offered on Saturdays
Sunday: Closed

Programs

Power Hour - The Power Hour program is designed to enhance reading and writing skills through fun, educational activities.  It also encourages members to work on their homework and receive power points for the work they do.
 
Computers – The computer lab is designed for members to participate in a variety of educational activities, utilizing software programs and the Internet.
 
Homework Room – The homework room is available for any and all members who need extra help with homework.  Volunteers and staff are ready to assist members daily.
 
Art Room – The art room provides arts and crafts activities and teaches the importance of expression through art.
 
Gym – The gym program is designed to implement activities that promote health & fitness, good sportsmanship and social skills.
 
Girl Scouts – The Girls Scout program is implemented for six weeks each season. Our female members are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities where they can be themselves. This program introduces members to different cultures, new adventures, etc.
 
Meal Program – The club provides an evening meal to all members after school. It also provides lunch on non-school days. This program encourages members to eat healthy by promoting good eating habits. (Lunch NOT served on Saturdays.)
 

Youth of the Month – Every month, youth are selected for good behavior and program participation. A youth from each age group is selected and given a certificate. At the end of the year, each candidate is considered for good behavior for the year. Teens may be selected and entered into the regional Youth of the Year program.
